These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the gk9pg platform, including but not limited to the website available at gk9pg.app, all associated mobile interfaces, casino game content, sports betting markets, live dealer services, promotional offers, payment facilities, and customer support channels.

By completing the gk9pg registration process, by depositing funds into a gk9pg account, or by placing any wager through the platform, you ("the Player") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement is entered into on the date of first registration and remains in effect until your account is permanently closed by either party in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 8.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the gk9pg platform:

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the gk9pg platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials for any purpose on the platform;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the payment system to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform's games, betting markets, or account systems;

• Money laundering or using the gk9pg platform for any transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds;
• Placing bets on fixed, manipulated, or otherwise compromised sporting events with prior knowledge of the outcome;
• Abusing the customer support service, including harassment, threatening language, or deliberate false claims directed at support staff;
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any legitimate transaction with your payment provider after receiving services from gk9pg;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law, while knowingly circumventing geo-restrictions to do so.

Either the player or gk9pg may initiate the closure of a player account. The procedures and consequences differ depending on which party initiates the process and the reason for closure.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your gk9pg account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any active bonus balance will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests made under a self-exclusion programme are treated with priority and are subject to the conditions outlined on the Responsible Gaming page.

gk9pg-Initiated Suspension or Closure: gk9pg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Detection of duplicate account activity;
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request;
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age;
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative closure process with written notice).

In cases of gk9pg-initiated closure due to suspected fraud or Terms breach, gk9pg reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation determines that no breach occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned promptly.

Amendments to These Terms: gk9pg may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address or through an in-platform notification. If you disagree with any updated Terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
